Assistant Lecturer Hassan Adel Joda

Responsibilities of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs:
1. Managing Administrative Affairs:
Coordinating and organizing daily administrative activities in the college or department.
Following up on the implementation of administrative decisions related to faculty and staff.
Supervising the organization of student and staff academic and administrative records.
2. Coordinating Academic Affairs:
Assisting the dean in developing and organizing study plans, organizing the study schedule.
Following up on exams and distributing related tasks, in addition to organizing academic council meetings.
3. Supervising Human Resources:
Monitoring the college's needs for academic and administrative staff.
Coordinating recruitment processes, supervising staff performance evaluations.
Organizing training and professional development for staff.
4. Preparing Reports and Data:
Collecting data needed for preparing annual or monthly administrative reports.
Following up on the implementation of projects and administrative activities and ensuring their smooth progress.
5. Organizing Events and Activities:
Organizing academic and administrative events such as conferences, seminars, and university celebrations.
6. Communicating with External Entities:
Coordinating with government agencies, other educational institutions, and companies that may have relations or projects with the university.
General Objective:
The Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs primarily contributes to improving the administrative and organizational performance of the college or university department, helping to provide a suitable academic environment for students and faculty members, and acts as a liaison between the dean and the administrative and academic staff.
